This story happened in China and is causing outrage by citizens who have condemned the killing of a baby by a car thief. The man Zhou Xijun, whose picture appears above stole a car, found out on his
way that there was a baby at the back seat of the car, parked the car to strangle the innocent child and buried the baby before fleeing with the car. He reportedly turned himself in to the police after over a massive man hunt was launched for him by the police and thousands of volunteers in China. Can you imagine how heartless some people can be?
This man is wicked.
